Are you currently unemployed or experiencing a temporary financial setback that is forcing you to relinquish your horse or compromise the care of your horse? If you need short-term assistance to feed or care for your horse, we are here to help.

Horse owners that seek assistance from the Foodbank are required to meet specific guidelines. To qualify for aid, you must:

• Be a single family horse owner (not a non-profit, rescue, foundation,

• or breeding operation);

• Provide a safe facility to maintain your horse(s);

• Have proof that your horse(s) is receiving appropriate care;

• Provide a veterinary health certificate; and

• Show documented financial need due to unemployment or financial

 hardship.
