SUMMARY:Colorado Horsecare Foodbank Ranch Ride Weekend Fundraiser 2016
DESCRIPTION:The Colorado Horsecare Foodbank Ranch Ride Weekend is a fundraiser with long-time CHF friends and supporters: Tom and Darcy Carr\, owners of the beautiful Colorado Cattle Company – an authentic working cattle ranch in Northeastern Colorado. This year\, Colorado Horsecare Foodbank and the Colorado Cattle Company are offering a late summer Ranch Ride weekend\, August 26-28\, 2016. The Ranch Ride Weekend includes trail riding on the ranch’s 10\,000 acres\, learning to team pen cattle\, delicious hearty meals\, storytelling around a campfire\, and charming accommodations where you can sit on the porch of your cabin and watch the horses & cattle peacefully grazing. The cost is $575 for the weekend. (Early-bird sign-up discount available...see below.)\n\nColorado Cattle Company’s seasoned ranch hands lead the trail rides through canyons\, open lands\, on top of the mesas\, and more – with "big sky" as far as you can see. Cell phones really don’t work out there\, so these ranch ride weekends are truly a getaway and a larger-than-life experience you’ll never forget!\n\nNo riding experience is necessary\, and Colorado Cattle Company has a huge herd of friendly\, trail-savvy horses. Riders and non-riders are welcome!\n\nCHF supporters who have attended the Ranch Ride keep coming back for more!\n\n\n\n\n\n\nI just wanted you to know that the weekend was a blast. Two years in a row and I will be back for year 3 without a doubt.\n\nI feel emotional when I leave the ranch because it's not just a B&B thing. We are all there for the cause and the love of horses! We all have so much in common that it's instant bonding. We become instant true friends.\n\nThank you so much for doing this for all horses and owners in need! I cannot imagine meeting financial hardship AND losing my horse! I would be devastated.\n\n\n-Tamara Reed\n\n\n[wonderplugin_gallery id="1"]\nAugust 2016 Colorado Horsecare Foodbank Ranch Ride Weekend Costs\nCost: Early bird signup rate: $525 per person for riders\n\nAfter July 31\, 2016: the cost is $575 per person for riders\n\nNon-riders who just want to come and hang out on an authentic cattle ranch are welcome\, too!\n\nNon-riders cost: $400 for the weekend\, non-riders do not need to pay the deposit\n\n$100 non-refundable deposit required.\nPayment for the Summer 2016 Ranch Ride Weekend is due in full by August 14\, 2016.\nFor more information or to sign up\, please contact Colorado Horsecare Foodbank Executive Director Juliana Lehman at: 303.670.1474\, or Email Colorado Horsecare Foodbank\n\nYes!
